URL should be: https://allo-scan-url/network/pool/id

Page should contain information to:

pool id
pool name
pool token
pool amount
status
metadata hash with ipfs link
profile admin
managers
strategy identifier and address
role Id
chainId

Page should NOT be a simple table row.

Also this ticket should add a link on the Pools Overview page between pool id and pool detail page
