Another issue with absolute paths #26

Hi,

Upon trying to activate an idea posted by a user by clicking on 'Deactivated' button at

https://xxx.xx/ideias/testidea/admin

The page hangs and the webserver's log outputs:

[Tue Oct 22 18:10:30 2013] [error] [client XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX] File does not exist: /var/www/questions, referer: https://xxx.xx/ideias/testidea/admin

I believe this is a case of #24 that did not get fixed, could you take a look?
