Dropdown with emojis button in the text editing panel is not visible

Hello! First of all, thank you for creating such a wonderful plugin – it has been incredibly helpful!

I noticed in the source code that there seems to be a button with a dropdown list of emojis in the text editing panel, but it doesn't appear in the UI. Could you please clarify if this feature is available, and if so, what might be causing it to not display?

The additionals plugin offers smiley/emoji legacy support, which does not provide an editor dropdown button. It justs converts emojis or smileys in the text, if activated. See here: https://github.com/alphanodes/additionals/blob/main/README.md#settings
