I was curious how Julia comapred with Fortran under JuliaArrays/OffsetArrays.jl#52. At least on my laptop they are much closer than the numbers in the current README on OffsetArrays. However, I'm not sufficiently confident I was doing things correctly, so I didn't feel comfortable updating them myself.
