IE11 compatibility problem and fix #60

It is a dinosaur, but it still exists.

IE11 doesn't know about the syntax

let Overlay = function (viewer, staticCanvas, fabricCanvasOptions = {}) {

So, if you want to include compatibility for IE11, change it to

let Overlay = function (viewer, staticCanvas, fabricCanvasOptions) {
   if (typeof fabricCanvasOptions === "undefined") {
       fabricCanvasOptions = {};
   }
   ...
