Removes apostrophes in English #19

This model is quite good, it abuses a bit of the colon and sometimes it misses a clear period.

But the main issue is that the normalisation removes the apostrophes in English: I'm, I've, I'd, it's, etc.

This library isn't being actively maintained but I have the same issue. If a maintainer decides to take a look that would be great
