-0 label does not work with TokenClassificationPipeline #5

Seems like the label is converted to 'O' during grouping of entities and then removed due to 'O' being in ignored labels by default.

Made a hotfix that adds empty list to ignored_labels in the Pipeline but the correct fix is figuring out how to use the label correctly
