usage

1. Just throw csheet_fantasy_kindle.xhtml into /path/to/pcgen/outputsheets/my_outputsheets/my_fantasy/htmlxml/
2. Use kindlegen to convert the xhtml file exported from pcgen into a mobi file to upload to your kindle.

Also has a table of contents at the front. Makes it far more usable.
