Please consider adding status of the power limitation #177

On some notebooks firmware limits power consumption to prevent overheating.
It could be useful to see, if CPU/GPU/Whole-system reach such a limit.

You can see https://github.com/erpalma/throttled as an example. If running in monitor mode, it shows yellow word "LIM" in case of working limitation.
