dead code

The following PKs/MPCs have at least one of the following as true:

1. have not been updated to new state
2. are not currently compiled
3. do not have a test

and therefore will be considered dead code and removed in release 1.5 unless they get fixed and a test added before then. I'll add more as I find them.
