In some cases (MIUI/Realme), App Manager could crash this way because additional developer options have not been enabled as stated in the docs. After enabling the options, App Manager should work correctly as expected.

Since v4.0.0-alpha01, App Manager will no longer crash. Instead, it will ask you to enable additional developer options.
