The AMEP library includes modified third-party codes provided under licenses
compatible with the terms of the GNU General Public License version 3 or any
later version (GPLv3+). These are outlined below.

The functions amep.pbc.points, amep.pbc.pbc_diff, amep.pbc.pbc_diff_rect,
amep.timecor.msd, amep.timecor.isf, amep.utils.runningmean, and
