Not sure if this is the right place to ask this sort of questions but here it goes:
Shouldn't the second :unit just refer to "y"?

(o / or
   :op1 (t / temporal-quantity
           :unit (y / year)
           :quant 3)
   :op2 (t2 / temporal-quantity
            :unit (y2 / year)
            :quant 4))
