Interesting question. If the function of "..., the astronaut" is to disambiguate the antecedent of "her", then I think it would not go into the AMR, because "her" is already disambiguated in the AMR. (I.e. it would be redundant.)
Would this graph be the same as for "The astronaut said the doctor thinks the teacher likes her", or is there some kind of "I mean" thing in there?
