how to access scope cpc_advertising:camapign_management

i am not able to generate authorization code and refresh token because scope is unknown givw error like that how to solve tghis error

Hi could you please help me to generate authorization code by CURL followed by this url.

or is there any other method to generate authorization code. I dont want to hit this url to generate code.
