Doesn't seem work for a links in "product short description" WooCommerce #19

Trying to get a smooth scroll effect from a link in my "Product Short Description" to my "Description" in WooCommerce. I see the arrow added by the plugin(taking you back up to the top) in the lower right hand corner, so I can tell it's loading and working, but so far my link still JARS me down to the description. Not the biggest deal, but it would be cool if this plugin could solve my problem. Thanks!
