What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open a log file while the file size is increasing.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Should have a scroll lock button (see console view) to allow me to view file
while it's still being written. Current implementation will scroll to the
bottom every time there is an update.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.9.8.7 win 7
Please provide any additional information below.
Would love to use this plugin as the layout for it is the easiest I've seen to
use, but this is a deal breaker.

+1 to this request. I found that a trace file I was watching was scrolling by far too fast as data was being pumped into it too quickly. I clicked the "stop tailing" button and it took 5 minutes for LogViewer to stop scrolling through the data that was buffered for its processing.
