Overview ruler for the SourceViewer

Hi,

it would be very nice to have an overview rules in the SourceViewer like the 
compilation erros in eclipse java SourceViewer. The rules (e. g. red background 
for pattern "ERROR") could be used to define the color which displays the 
annotation.
