Move card uses the same icon as section move but cannot be dragged.

I spent a bit of time trying to move a "card" thinking that it would support drag/drop like the move icon on a normal section does, to find out that I had to click once on the move icon to get the UI that let me choose a new location.

until an ajax move is implemented I wonder if a better UX might be to use a text link "move card" rather than showing the icon?
