By extending more control over add-on initialization we can ensure that add-ons that are needed for tests are loaded in before the main window finishes its UI initialization. This correspond to the natural order of execution and allows add-ons to perform all modifications they would normally be able to do, e.g. extending the toolbar.

set_timeout can come in handy when timing actions to be run after a blocking UI element takes over (e.g. a modal dialog)
Recent versions of pyright otherwise flag imported modules as being private cf. microsoft/pyright#2277 (comment)
Dependants would otherwise always install the latest Anki version, which might not be compatible with pytest-anki.
