The Splitter ADO

Describe the new feature
The Splitter ADO currently supports the splitting of native funds to a specified list of recipients. Having it be able to split CW20 tokens as an option is beneficial upgrade to the ADO as there are many cases that would require having this feature.

Additional context
A good case for this would be wanting to distribute CW20 tokens to a large number of addresses every month. Using the splitter would mean having to set it up only once and then the process can be done in one transaction.
