Suggestion by @vpavlin, could be used to make requests towards OpenAI compatible API endpoints

I use this in my go code: https://github.com/sashabaranov/go-openai/blob/master/config.go#L37

And it works with OpenAI, Venice AI, Ollama, Akash Chat APi...
