Visually Refresh Oyster Mate

Here's a proposal that I mocked up.

It uses the drawer for selecting the card, as some accounts have multiple cards on them.

I've already got done action bar changes sitting around that haven't been released yet, so I might just refresh the whole UI with your suggestions.

Your icon is also nice. Can you send me a vector copy, and the name you'd like for the credits?
