Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Make Rosetta round 2 compatible to be used post running notebook 5 (rename and reorganize)

Describe the solution you'd like

  1. Change hard coded checks for fov folder naming requirements (this changes after running notebook 5)
  2. rescaled subfolder issues

@alex-l-kong has helped me make some of the changes locally.
