Another idea!

Now that the README is on top, the text/book icon for scrolling to the README is not in use anymore. Is it possible that when the README is collapsed, the text/book icon can act as another button for expanding the README? This is just for giving the now-useless README text/book icon a use. (@aniketkudale, lookie here.)
