Make collapse button work with Refined GitHub

I recently got the extension Refined Github which adds much functionality to Github. Sadly, I think that Git-Up does not work with Refined Github, as seen in the screenshots below:

If possible, make them look better together, @aniketkudale. Thanks for looking into this, and please fix this fast because it's starting to annoy me. (I don't want to disable either extension.)

@aniketkudale: If you add this functionality, you could add a note saying that Git-Up is compatible with Refined GitHub in the README.md and extension/product hunt description.
