Attached is my namelist.wrf, using this I am not able to plot any shaded plots with neither wrfout files nor ERA5 files.

Your namelist doesn't have any problem. The only point is that the variable mdbz doesn't have any value in the first time slot within the WRF output file. But from the second frame onward, the shaded contours appear.
