RFC8995 does not specify if simpleenroll is enough.
Can pledges' assume that fullcmc is supported?
MUST registrars support both fullcmc and simpleenroll?

Currently I would suppose that there are no registrars supporting fullcmc. Draft versions of BRSKI specified the usage of simple enroll, but it was taken out of the draft to just refer to EST.
