[Enabler][zTrial] Build local test instances to validate the new build

zTrial conversion has been performed, and I'm recording the steps to copy from ID's system into zTrial.
As part of these, we will create and pass around an internal test instance, to make sure all the files are up to date.
This should signal the transition from development to testing.
