version missing from the left nav

The Ansible package version is no longer included in the left nav which makes things slightly confusing.

This may be related to the underlying sphinx-rtd-theme and this issue.

I tested locally and if I use the older theme version (2.0.0 vs 3.0.2 just recently released) - and the version label is there.

Also notice the RTD previews work correctly (version == PR #). So this is limited to our self-hosted docs (not those on RTD).

Nice sleuthing work @samccann Should we pin the sphinx-rtd-theme to version 2.0.0 until that issue is resolved?

I'm somewhat reluctant to pin for this. The version is correct in the version switcher (aka the image above is devel docs). I'd like to wait and see on this one. Folks can thumbs up the issue or something and if it's more than just the two of us noticing/bothered, we can pin.
