Vulnerabilities from centos 8

Hi Team,

greetings for the day...!

Identified lot of unfixable vulnerabilities from centos8, Because those are latest for centos8.
Is there any way to upgrade centos8 to centos9? I tried to change baseos but facing issues with python38 packages like python38-pip, python38-wheel and python38-devel is not able to installing.

Your quick help is much appriciate..
