Problem with Shielding Effectiveness Extension

Description of the bug

Seeing unusual behavior with Shielding Effectiveness Extension in Action.
Another caveat, Desktop is crashing due to failure in accessing solution data.
Solving the original enclosure design failed with unusual error.
