chore: fix ts type

@types/react 里对 forwardRef 的 Props 做了去除 ref prop 的定义，然后写了个非常鬼的绕圈式写法：

    type PropsWithoutRef<P> = "ref" extends keyof P ? Pick<P, Exclude<keyof P, "ref">> : P;

把原来的 Props 剥掉 ref 再一个个 Pick 上去。导致 TS 编译为了减少递归深度直接打散，变成：

这里直接自己实现 PropsWithoutRef 逻辑以修复。

做了啥？

1. 调整 Icon.tsx，提供定义以代替 TS 默认推导。
2. 调整 generate.ts，同样通过提供定义以代替 TS 默认推导。
3. 使用 npm run generate 通过 generate.ts 重新生成模板。
