Added basic packaging to simplify installation particularly on scratch systems or automation.
Also provided a script based on the Fluent Bit one to automatically do the following for a suite of targets:
This likely should not be in the final merge for this PR but it could be a nice test, I will probably take this over to Fluent Bit.
