Why

Helper has evolved, and our onboarding no longer reflects that. With new channels like Chat, we should explore integrating them.

Ideas

  • Clarify that Helper is for businesses and should avoid connecting personal inboxes
  • Show inline demo for a specific website
  • Connect help docs with nice onboarding UI + animations
  • Connect email / live chat as inputs for starting a chat before proceeding to inbox
