Good first issue?

I guess technically it would be a good second issue. I think I fixed a typo here once. Anyway... I notice thathttps://github.com/antlr/antlr4/contribute merely displays much empty. @khmarbaise already took my first idea with issue #3102 and a commit. Not sure why that didn't become a PR.

I'm thinking of pursuing the very technical ;) issue around:

[WARNING] 'build.plugins.plugin.version' for io.takari.maven.plugins:takari-lifecycle-plugin is missing. @ line 143, column 15

Seems it could develop into a real barn-burner ;) based on the subsequent warning:

[WARNING] It is highly recommended to fix these problems because they threaten the stability of your build.

Threatening stability is usually bad. Maybe I should just write it up as an issue so this highly critical issue is at least tracked.
