feature req: enable some click/hover/move behavior when not having active window #64

Like a issue before #63, we can some use features which do not require window (e.g overview) etc. so, it would be very great to enable some features which does not require activewindow on behavior. it does not listen any events if window is not set. just showing gray window icon.

Added to release 0.7.6.
There is a bug with long press and it will stuck in pressed state until the next mouse click if mouse was moved out by the action (overview, window move).
I had implemented drag handler in a tricky way as workaround, I'll try to do the same with click events.
So, please, don't close the issue for now.

Should be Ok now in 0.7.7
