Goto http://qtstalker.sourceforge.net/
Goto Downloads
Unzip the directory and follow the README.md
Using README.md, open the index.html. And follow the steps to Install TA-Lib
Then follow the https://github.com/mrjbq7/ta-lib to see, how to use this package.
