Select text is not disabled, touch and select are not usable together #46

Observation
While using this via Vivaldi on an ipad, I somehow got into select text mode, and the whole screen got selected.

Expectation
If touch is used for navigation, select should be disabled.

This is a problem for a lot of touch based UI, here's an example of the css:
