Integrate the data-index-webapp in the data-index image

Integrate the data-index-webapp from kie-tools created in the task below, in the data-index image:

• Create a landing page for the Data Index incubator-kie-tools#2544

Same comment as for the Jobs Service image... kogito-images cannot depend on kie-tools.

Does kogito-images go after kie-tools after 10 release?

@tiagobento I think we should add this and the jobs-service one. As for now, the images must come after tools, as they always have. Once we figure out how we are going to set the CI and release, we can rearrange.

Please see the release procedure document... also: kie-tools currently depends on kogito-images. We can't go back to circular dependencies for yet another reason :/
