What happened

When repeatedly starting and stopping the data sync job, the job fails to stop on the second attempt.
It is caused by the ext of InlongSreamInfo not updating the jobId.

What you expected to happen

The job should support repeatedly starting and stopping

How to reproduce

  1. create a data sync job
  2. stop it
  3. restart the job
  4. stop it again, then will see the failure
