Motivation

For seamless integration of paimon-cdc with snowflake via apache polaris (which is a rest based iceberg catalog)

Rest Catalog is in our plan, when it is completed, it means that the basic framework of Rest has been integrated, and then we can start supporting Iceberg Rest
