What is the user interaction of your feature

• relate fix: orioledb create fail by kbcli cluster create --cluster-definition #5422, we support cluster create with --service-reference. But for users, it can be challenging to guess which serviceRefs are defined in a cluster-definition.
  So we should support kbcli cluster list-serviceRef [cd-name] to list all serviceRefs declared in a cluster-definition.
