Import and OpenGL preview video
> OpenGL playback, importing works (basic functionality, only DNG folder at the moment), stretching will be removed later
> New GUI adjustments to get closer to available mockups, removed menu and status bars, colors have to be defined to get same look for all elements
> First LibRaw test (using dcraw conversion for preview at the moment)
