Onboarding improvements

• Clarify that a team is used for billing/members in CLI
• Add wizard style steps in the CLI to show progress
• Fix ?query= it should initiate the search when it's present even if it's empty
• Remove the need to select a project region
• Maybe change "View examples" to link to the integrations? CornerDialog?
• Don't require signing in to use all CLI commands (help, version, etc)
• Add token back to the setup URL, so you don't have to sign-in to the UI as well
• Make it more obvious which team you're adding a card & subscription to
• Guide the customer through inviting team members

• After creating a Project, give a clear call to action (I guess to instrument the code, pointing at https://apex.sh/docs/logs/api/)
