Hi guys,

There is an issue with the plugin, that can be fixed with a part of code given on the Moodle Tracker (https://tracker.moodle.org/browse/CONTRIB-6211?jql=project%20%3D%20CONTRIB%20AND%20component%20%3D%20%22Local%3A%20CSV%20Enrolls%20%26%20Groups%22).

Still, this code has never been merged with the plugin.

Could we do something to speed this up ?
Could we maybe make a pull request ?
