Taken literally, the way the Subscription Terms currently read (Last Updated: August 22, 2012), you are unable to cancel a subscription, and App.net has the right to change the prices at any time, with any changed prices not becoming effective until 30 days after the new prices have been published.
Without trying to be disingenuous here, my concern is that this currently reads as if once you are signed up to App.net, you may never cancel your subscription and prices may be varied at any time, for all time?
What I am trying to raise is the point that any rights of the customer to cancel their subscription or to end their payment plan ie their ongoing billing arrangement with App.net is not clearly defined. A payment/billing plan is also not defined, in terms of the $ rates for the subscription tiers, nor in terms of anniversary renewal dates for subscriptions etc
Additionally, the current Terms of Service (as distinct from the Subscription Terms) do not include any mention of any customer rights to cancel.
