I find the phrase 'It is your responsibility to check the website regularly for changes to these Terms.' to be somewhat user-hostile, since users can easily use the service continually without ever visiting the website.
At the same time, emails can be overlooked and aren't necessarily reliable.
However, both of these are now addressed by the existence of messages. I would like to propose that sending a message to every user become the official channel for ToS changes (but possibly keeping the email as well), and for that phrase to be removed from the ToS.
