Fix up move_manifest / unsign repo

• Delete move_manifest
• Rename unsign repo now that it contains code for move as well
• See if Maven can produce two jars instead of one

Maven is able to handle multiple jars. It's on my todo list to use maven again for the unsign_and_move repository instead of ant.

I haven't. The ant build script works and we've been using the jar for months without problems. I moved the issue here:
appium-boneyard/unsign_and_move#1
