Token is invalid: square/go-jose: error in cryptographic primitive #2

After re-installing everything, I went from having a working system to seeing this in the logs:

Token is invalid: square/go-jose: error in cryptographic primitive

The client is able to get the auth token, but kubectl using that auth token says:

Error from server (Forbidden): the server does not allow access to the requested resource (get pods)

I'm not sure how I broke it, and the error messages aren't very helpful.

I got the same error just now using gcloud Kubernetes after tearing down a cluster and creating a new one, I resolved it by signing out on the k8s dashboard and back in. Maybe it happens when you tear down a cluster and create a new one with the same auth token?
